1. Mandatory Educational Qualifications (as on 05.10.2026):

  • Intermediate (10+2): Passed Intermediate examination with Biology from the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government.

Official Clarification on Pharmacy Council Registration:

As communicated vide Additional Chief Secretary (Livestock Section-3) Letter No. I/1336367/2026 dated 20.05.2026: "Presently, no Veterinary Pharmacy Council exists in Uttar Pradesh for the registration of Veterinary Pharmacists. Therefore, registration with any council is NOT required for applying to this post."

2. PET 2025 Scorecard Requirement:

Only applicants who appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025) and hold an official scorecard issued by the Commission are eligible to submit the online form. Candidates scoring zero or negative marks in PET-2025 are excluded from shortlisting.
