NCRTC Recruitment 2026: 67 Supervisor-I & Junior Maintainer Posts for Namo Bharat O&M Operations
National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC), a high-speed joint venture enterprise of the Government of India and the State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, has invited online applications for the direct recruitment of 67 Operations & Maintenance staff members. The openings span Supervisor-I (Level S1) across Operations, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil streams, as well as Junior Maintainer (Level NS3) across Electrical, Fitter, RAC, and Electronics trades to support the commercial revenue operations of the Namo Bharat Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS).
Pay Scales, Industrial Allowances, Probation & Surety Bond
Eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and cafeteria perks as per company rules.
Receives basic pay plus VDA, HRA, shift operation allowances, and corporate welfare entitlements.
Probation Period: Appointed employees undergo a mandatory probation period of two (02) years following intensive on-the-job training.
Surety Bond Obligations: Trainees must execute a surety bond to serve NCRTC for a minimum of three (03) years: ₹4,00,000/- for Supervisor-I (Post Codes D01 to D05) and ₹3,00,000/- for Junior Maintainer (Post Codes D06 to D09). A 1-month prior notice is mandatory before resignation.

Mandatory Educational Qualifications & Technical Stream Rules
- Regular Full-Time Courses Only: All degrees, diplomas, and ITI certificates must be completed through full-time regular courses from UGC-recognized universities or AICTE/NCVT/SCVT-approved institutions. Distance education is rejected.
- Higher Degree Permissions: For Supervisor posts (D02 to D05) where a 3-year Diploma is specified, full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant disciplines is acceptable.
- Mandatory ITI for Maintainers: For Junior Maintainer posts (D06 to D09), possessing an ITI certificate in the relevant trade is compulsory; higher engineering degrees without an ITI foundation are not accepted.
- No Equivalent Claims: Candidates claiming equivalence must present an official equivalence certificate issued by the concerned university/council.
- NCRTC In-Service Benefits: Employees with 1 year of regular service in NCRTC receive age relaxation equal to completed service years, and the full-time course requirement is relaxed.
Computer Based Test (CBT) Pattern & Examination Scheme
Each correct answer carries 1 mark. There is NO negative marking for wrong answers.
Question paper medium: Available in English and Hindi.UR, OBC (NCL) & EWS: Minimum 60% Marks (60/100).
SC, ST, PwBD & Ex-Servicemen: Minimum 50% Marks (50/100).
Syllabus Scope: Covers domain-specific technical questions (Engineering branch or ITI trade), General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, and Numerical Ability aligned with Indian Railway & Metro standards.
Medical Fitness Standards (Indian Railway Medical Manual - IRMM)
- Physically fit in all respects.
- Distant Vision: 6/9, 6/9 with or without glasses (power must not exceed ±2.0 Diopters).
- Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses.
- Colour Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision & Night Vision must be present.
- Lasik surgery or radial keratotomy is strictly NOT permitted.
- Physically fit in all respects.
- Distant Vision: 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses (power must not exceed ±4.0 Diopters).
