Visiting Lecturer (Clock Hour Basis - CHB) Recruitment for Academic Year 2026-27

Government Polytechnic Awasari, Awasari (Khurd), Tal-Ambegaon, Dist-Pune, Maharashtra has invited eligible candidates for the appointment of Visiting Lecturers on Clock Hour Basis (CHB) for the Academic Year 2026-27. The recruitment will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview for Engineering, Science and Humanities departments.

Nature of Appointment

The appointment is purely temporary on a Clock Hour Basis (CHB) for the Academic Year 2026-27. Visiting Lecturers will be paid only for the lecture hours assigned. This recruitment does not provide any claim for permanent appointment or regularization.

Qualification Requirements

Engineering Departments (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Information Technology): Candidates should possess a First Class B.E./B.Tech Degree in the relevant engineering discipline.

Humanities & Science Departments: Candidates should possess a First Class M.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) or First Class M.A. (English) according to the subject. Qualifications must satisfy the latest AICTE norms.

Remuneration

Selected Visiting Lecturers will receive remuneration according to the Government Resolution issued by the Higher & Technical Education Department, Government of Maharashtra.

Walk-in Interview Process

Eligible candidates should directly attend the Walk-in Interview with all original educational certificates, mark sheets, self-attested photocopies, passport-size photographs and a valid photo identity proof. Document verification will be conducted before the interview. Final selection will be based on interview performance and departmental requirements.
