Bank of Baroda, one of India's largest public sector commercial banks, has issued an employment notification for the recruitment of human resources on a regular basis. A total of 1,100 vacancies are announced across two primary business verticals: Wealth Management Services (1,000 Wealth Executives in JMG/S-I) and Corporate & Institutional Credit (100 Credit Analysts in MMG/S-II). Probation Period: All selected officers will be placed on probation for a period of 12 months (1 Year) of active service from the date of joining.
Mandatory Service Bond: Candidates must execute a service indemnity bond to serve the bank for at least 3 Years, or compensate the bank in case of exit prior to completion:

Eligibility Norms, Experience Criteria & Degree Calculations
- Post-Qualification Work Experience: All experience must be full-time and acquired after obtaining the prescribed qualifying degree. Experience of less than 6 months in any single organization is not counted (unless it forms part of current ongoing employment). Clerical cadre experience is strictly excluded.
- Wealth Executive Experience Domain: Must have at least 2 years of proven experience in sales of wealth products with leading Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking/Securities firms, AMCs, or Wealth Management companies in India.
- Credit Analyst Banking Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank is mandatory; experience in corporate credit appraisal is preferred.
- CGPA to Percentage Conversion: Candidates must calculate percentages to two decimal places across all semesters. Where CGPA/OGPA is awarded, official conversion certificates issued by the university must be produced. Fraction rounding is disallowed (e.g., 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%).
- Single Application Rule: Candidates may apply for only one post. If multiple applications are submitted, only the latest completed registration is retained; previous fees are forfeited.
